The Only Nutrition Plan You Need To Follow!

Drink water (no alcohol or fizzy drinks)

Eat a variety of as much fruit and veg as possible (never mind 5 a day, no limit!)

Eat plenty of red meat, fish, chicken, pork and eggs (great protein and fat sources)

Reduce intake of breads, potatoes, rice and pasta’s (starchy carbs).

Eat dairy but steer clear of “low fat”. YOU want to be low fat, not your food!

NEVER skip a meal (or replace one with a shake!).

Stick to these rules 7 days a week. SEVEN. Not 5 or 3 or 6 or 2. No “cheat” days.
