Try This Devilishly Good 666 Workout!

My 666 Halloween Workout is spokily effective and ghoolishly punishing!

6 Exercises – 6 Reps – 6 Rounds

Before you start you have to choose a weight that is suitable for the Shoulder Press exercise. If you can’t lift it at least 6 times overhead then you won’t complete the workout. If you could lift it overhead way too easily then the rest of the exercises, using larger muscle groups, will be too easy. Aim for a weight you can lift overhead for a max of 8/9 reps.

The exercises are:

  • Shoulder Press
  • Front Squats
  • Bent Over Row
  • Romanian Deadlift
  • Press-Ups
  • Burpees (evil, right!)

Check out the video above for a full demo of the workout and exercises. All exercises can be scaled to your ability and you ca substitute dumbbells or kettlebells if they are your preferred or only weight available. Press-Ups can be completed on a raised surface or from the knees and the Burpees can be made easier by not touching the chest off the ground or leaving out the jump at the end!

This should be fun first and a challenge second.
