Too many times I see gym-goers making this all too common error right before they perform a Deadlift.
Prior to lifting the bar from the ground you need to creat full body tension.
The kind of full body tension you create when you’ve been on the Guinness and your still 20 minutes from home on a long road with no hard shoulder.
Going from no tension to a full on lift is never a good idea. Your joints, soft tissue and nervous system need to be primed and good to go.
