Setup Hack for Bulgarian Split Squats

Step 1: Sit on a bench with your thighs flat and knees at 90⁰
Step 2: Extend your legs until knees are just off straight and heels are on the floor.
Step 3: Support your weight with the leg that will be on the bench first for the upcoming set
Step 4: Shift your weight onto the front foot and stand up from the bench.
Step 5: Place your back foot onto the bench.
Step 6: Perform your set of Bulgarian Split Squats

Optional step 7: Glare murderously at your trainer because Bulgarian Split Squats, that’s why.
