SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Small Group Training is the perfect option for beginners (someone with no consistent exercise in the last 6-12 months) to lifting weights, or gyms in general, to increase their strength and fitness levels in a structured way. A maximum of 6 people (minimum of 4) with similar goals will follow a set program for the duration of the program and track progress in their own diary.

WHAT’S INVOLVED?

  • MORNING group training sessions run at 6.15am on Tuesdays and Thursdays OR EVENING sessions run at 6.00pm and 7.15pm on Monday and Wednesdays
  • Optional assessments (measurements, blood pressure etc)
  • Training diary to track progress and intensity
  • WhatsApp group chat for accountability and support
  • Welcome Pack with advice on nutrition (macros/calories), lifestyle (sleep and stress) and 6 weekly habits to compliment your training with calendar to check your consistency

HOW DO I JOIN?

Complete my Application Form, ticking the Small Group Program as your preferred package and I will contact you when there is space available in an upcoming block.
