I will personalise every aspect of your coaching experience from your exercise program to the nutrition advice I offer to ensure you get the best coaching experience possible. My clients work with me to create life-long sustainable exercise and nutrition habits to help them boost their mood, increase energy levels, perform better physically and to look and feel great too!
All personal training sessions take place in my training studio in the Johnstown Business Park in Waterford City on a 1-to-1 or 2-to-1 basis if you’d like to train with a friend/family member/enemy. Trust me when I say PT is nowhere near as scary as you think it is! Yes, you’ll train hard but we won’t push beyond your comfort zone for the sake of it.
Every program is tailored specifically to YOUR fitness levels (no matter how low you think they are), YOUR goals (no matter how big or small they may seem) and your training preferences. PT is a great way to kickstart your way to being a stronger, fitter, healthier version of your self.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
After completing my Application Form, I’ll get in touch to arrange a short consultation. These can be in-person at the gym or over the phone. During the consultation we will talk about your goals, your challenges, your budget and your motivation. If you’re not convinced then you have zero obligation to start a package. However, if you’re READY then we get the ball rolling and set you up on my booking software, training software and I start to design your first program.

- 4 x PT Sessions
- 10 x PT Sessions
- 25 x PT Sessions
All personal training packages include nutrition advice, guidance and accountability where required or asked for. Also included depending on client preference is programmed home/outdoor training sessions to compliment your PT sessions and help you move towards your health and fitness goals. There is no one-size-fits-all approach as every client will have different goals, training preferences and fitness levels.

Train with me in the gym for between 1 and 3 sessions per week. Sessions can last from 40-50 mins.
Your program is designed specifically with your goals, fitness level and exercise preferences in mind
Nutrition support and advice throughout including a copy of my Nutrition and Calorie Guide
Unlimited contact with your coach via email/WhatsApp/TrueCoach outside of PT sessions for support and accountability if/when needed
Work with me in a private training facility to build confidence and consistency with training
